Dovedale 4 Drawer Chest

Initial base coat of tinted lacquer, fine sanding followed by top coat of tinted lacquer to all external components. Internal cabinet components are coated with a tinted sealer and fine sanded.

Internal drawer components are unfinished.

Carcase – 16mm solid Pine with 3.8mm pine faced plywood back.

Assembly fittings – screws, wood dowels, plastic assembly blocks,  plastic backboard joining strip & panel pins

Drawers – 16mm solid pine fronts with dovetail joints, 14mm solid pine sides and backs with 3.8mm pin

Faced plywood drawer bases.

Drawer runners – solid pine.

Assembly fittings – screws & wood glue.
