21st July 7am

As of this morning deliveries are 'back to normal' and any item advertised as in stock should be delivered within 5 working days

We hope to be in a position in the next few weeks to reintroduce our next day service on select ranges, however at the moment no courier network is offering guaranteed next day service, so we don't feel it appropriate for us to do so either at this stage.

As always, if your order is urgent please get in touch and we will do all we can to help get it too you faster.

10th July 5pm

As of this evening deliveries are in a better position.  We continue to deliver over 90%+ of orders typically now within 3-4 working days, as of today we are in a position where 100% of in stock items are being delivered within 7 working days.  Thanks and praise must go out to the warehouse and distribution colleagues who have worked hard to make this possible.

Hopefully the next update will have these delivery times improved further.

4th July 9am

The delivery status is improving - over 90% of deliveries are now arriving within the targeted 5 working days (7 calender days).  We still have delays on some lines in a limited number of collections as one warehouse continues to have a 10 day backlog for getting the larger heavy items out.  The main ranges affected by this are Copenhagen, 4 You, Paris, Oslo, and Cortina.

All day phone support has been restored as the calm starts to return to the office, although at particualrly busy times (Monday mornings mainly) it may still go unanswered.

9th June 9am

The delivery status remains unchanged from yesterday's update, with 90% of deliveries arriving within the expected delivery window.  However to enable us to better deal with enquiries coming in over night each night we are making temporary changes for the next week to our working arrangements. 

Effective today phone support will only available after 1pm, whilst not ideal this will enable us to give a better and more balanced service to all our customers.  We are hopeful this restriction will only need to stay in place for a week or so before we can resume normal service. Thank you for your understanding.

Currently the vast majority of manufacturers and brands are delivering as normal, however there remain some delays although these are being steadily reduced.  If your order is urgent we recomend you get in touch first, it only takes a sec and we can soon guide on lead times for specific items. 

Please remember, delivery dates are not guaranteed at the moment and should be viewed as a good estimate only, no one courier is consistently delivering on time at present with them all experiencing localised delays in their networks due to high volumes.

The vast majority of our delivery partners are currently running with 3 or 4 vans on every route that would normally only require one, such is the level of increase in orders going through the home delivery network at present.


Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and surcharges being levied by all carriers we have had to temporarily suspend off shore deliveries to Channel Islands & Mainland Europe whilst we review our options.

We have also had to revise the pricing structure for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, as whilst deliveries can still be achieved here in a reasonable time scale and at a reasonable cost, the previous 'flat rate' is no longer sustainable

With immediate effect the new rate for deliveries to Ireland is £29.95 for one item, and then a further £9.95 for every additional item.  Whilst we don't like increasing prices unfortunately the previous deal had become unsustainable for us, and in fact on a proportion of orders we had ended up making a loss.
