Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders. No hidden charges, no nasty surprises at checkout.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the item:
- Most items: 3–5 working days
If you need something urgently, feel free to give us a call and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
Do you deliver to remote areas of the UK?
We deliver to most areas across the UK. For some remote locations (such as the Scottish Highlands or certain islands), delivery times may be slightly longer. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability for your area.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right.
What condition does the item need to be in to return it?
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and ideally in the original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been assembled, damaged, or show signs of use.

🔧 Assembly
Do products come assembled or flat-pack?
This varies by product. Many of our furniture items are delivered flat-pack and require self-assembly, while some larger or premium pieces may arrive pre-assembled. Please check the individual product listing for assembly details.
Are assembly instructions included?
Yes! All flat-pack items come with full assembly instructions in the box. If you've misplaced yours or need a digital copy, just get in touch and we'll send one over.
Do you offer an assembly service?
We don't currently offer an in-home assembly service, but many of our items are straightforward to put together with just a couple of people and basic tools. If you have any questions about a specific product's assembly, feel free to contact us.

How do I care for my furniture?
Care instructions vary depending on the material:
- Wood: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent warping or fading.
- Fabric upholstery: Vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a mild detergent. Check the label for specific care guidance.
- Glass: Clean with a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
- Metal: Wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our products come with at least 12-month manufacturer's warranty as standard. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer to resolve it as quickly as possible.
