Shipping Policy

Free UK Mainland Delivery — Always We offer free delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses, no minimum spend required. Simple as that!

Estimated Delivery Times Most of our stock is ready to go and will be with you within 2–3 working days. For our more special pieces made to order this is made clear in the item description, for these please allow 8–12 weeks for delivery — good things are worth the wait!

Order Processing Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day we will aim to dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Northern Ireland Delivery We deliver to Northern Ireland for a flat rate of £49.95, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 working days.

International Delivery We currently focus on UK delivery, but if you're based outside the UK and would love one of our pieces, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

Delayed Deliveries We always aim to deliver within the timeframes above, but occasionally delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
